    If u look at the burst they re even pre 6 after lvl 6 i think kata s burst is better due to that insane ulti.But fizz can be better than kata in terms of staying fed and fizz can carry better that team.If u look at escape spells both have good escape spells but fizz`s spell is better cus he can be invulnerable.All in all in my opinion fizz is a better choice.
