    Kog'Maw is new living artillery :) He ca have 5 atk speed and that is insane... He also has good ult for executing.

    Have to agree with that, but I still think that Jinx is better since she can contribute with her teammates very good. Her range, damage and crit is absurd.

    That's true but xD cmon 5.0 ask is so good, i would still pick Jinx rather maybe.. but i think 5.0 as is funny :D

    If you build him only attack speed and your attack damage stays 150, then whats the point? Enemies wont even feel you, only turrets will :)

    As Kog'Maw you got Hp% damage. As Kog it's easy to get 2.5 atk speed with hurricane, try force, phantom, atk speed boots and his Q, you don't need 5 atk speed, more than 4 is enough. As Kog Botrk is also really good. So you got so much HP% damage and that's great for baron , dragon and tanks.

    Yea between 25%-50% she does 25% more dmg, and bellow that even more (50% bonus i think). Also his AS can go over 2.5, only champ that can do that in game, thats why i pref him here
