    Shen is more better for top then lee
    he is also better tank his job is to def lane (best summoners for him is Flash and TP)
    because when he ulty someone he can back to def lane with TP
    he is also more usful then lee in late
    so i vote for shen :)

    For me Lee in jungle, and shen on top, i played both a lot, 1v1 lee is much stronger because %of max HP dmg, shen os tank and dont have lots of dmg
