minecraft diamond hard to find?

    Well, the servers i've played on haved loads of diamond. So, it wasnt hard to find, but everybody had it, what is bad.

    Diamonds aren't extremly hard to find. You just need to search a bit more than for wood or something.. If you aren't lazy you can find them and you need patience for that,it will be worthed! :)

    I'd just make a mineshaft that goes down to lava level. I usually find diamonds near lava.

    Some Minecraft servers forbid using x-rays. I usually just create a strip mine at a y-coordinate of 12 with 2 or 3 blocks between each shaft, and I find it to be efficient for farming diamonds. Other than that, I sometimes find diamonds in an underground lava lake or a ravine.
