    Lapu-Lapu got mini-stun on his SS zhao can be countered easily so NO zhao is not OP at all. Lapu can just get Bloodlust axe and his rage get a lot of lifesteals with his skills.

    Yeah he's more powerful when built right over Lapu. i wouldn't say OP but still really powerful especially coupled with the speed.
