    Here's your tutorial:

    Step 1-3:
    - You check how many Ogre Coins you have (at the right on every one of your posts)
    - You decide if you want more or you want to sell the ones you currently have
    - You post a bid to buy coins with a ratio (eg 8 coins : 1 forum point), or you post an offer to sell coins with a ratio (same example applies here)

    That's not really cheap xD It's cheaper in the forum shop.
    If I buy 2 Ogre Coin Chest I get 16.000 coins and that only cost me 5000 points xP
