    You can not choose who to attack yet.

    Until we get defense back up, you are attacking the least active person with the least amount of resources (currently Krew) first and so on up the nation list. However, you can capture that player if you role a 90 or above and the player has less than 200 troops. Yes, troops are getting important now:).

    Considering giving a 100 roll something very special though so that may be part of it.

    Yes, Beatanga you need to roll to get gold and troops. Press roll dice before posting your message is all you do:).
