Ores/plates inflation

    The profession patch changed the price from nothing to 500k-2m each plate.
    Mining ores needs a profession,Miner. without it you can't mine it.
    The ores are in different locations so you need more effort to obtain them.
    A lot people want those ores/plates that's why it inflate.
