    Don't forget to put reason why you pick this and this.
    My answer : Phantom lancer? Because PL is really toxic hero, he can kill easily and micro those players, but if 1v1 , PL vs spectre? It's really confused, cuz we know their both strong? But there is really strong from both of em , and just only one. Spectre's ultimate is not good enough to battle with PL , it only last long within 10 seconds I guess? And it's just a short duration to be used to kill PL. But it seems spectre really hard carry/initiator hero, cuz of his third skill tho? Who do you think? Is the one ? Will won? Really confusing, * I better quit lol xD * your opinion???

    Spectre has really good Ulti but PL is very effecient when it comes to 1V1 so PL
