    Who is better and why?

    They are both reworked but for me Teemo is stronger because he got bouncy mushrooms and he can blind she

    New poppy for me, teemo is squishy and poppy has rly good tools to exploit that. Early game teemo can poke her a lot, but late in game she can oneshoot him so easy.

    This Reworked Poppy has so much CC and damage. She can just E Teemo in the wall, than Q for 40% hp damage and than ult and finish Teemo. Teemo wouldn't be able to move because he's squishy.
