Well, I've encountered some problems with Steam and I have no idea how to fix it, so I was thinking of asking for some help if you guys might know a solution Steam works fine on my PC, but somehow it doesn't work on my laptop. My laptop is an Acer Travelmate B113, and currently using Windows 7 Professional. I successfully downloaded Steam normally, and I can open Steam to where you log in. But whenever I log in, it just closes and doesn't respond. Steam.exe isn't running in the backgroun either, instead I can only find ''Steamerrorreporter''. I've already searched around in the Steam community for some possible solutions, with no success. Tried things like deleting everything in the Steam folder, except for Steam itself, to make Steam reinstall everything which didn't help. Also tried to delete and rename ClientRegistry.blob, run it as an admin as well as deleting the appcache folder. Nothing of that works, and just the same thing happens over and over again. I already wrote to Steam, but they still haven't answered (even though I started the support question a week ago). Maybe someone of you can help me with this problem?
