    No one beats my Lulu! She may not be my favorite support but she has such a versatile kit that any situation you encounter can be answered by Lulu. Lulu has my highest win rate for all my support champions.

    I'd say Lulu is the better support, especially in most team matches. In a 1v1 against Rakan, I'd still say Lulu is a better choice.
