    Lol, Runescape and Runes of Magic aren't even in the same category. Runescape is browser based, while Runes of Magic has to be downloaded, so I can assume most of the people who voted for Runescape probably haven't played Runes of Magic.

    I think the majority of the crowd here are Runescape players. They are 2 very different games. It is kinda the same story as AQW and JD.

    Just remember to be placing your score in the review directory and not just voting on the forums. The review directory score is what counts!

    Runescape and Runes of Magic attempt to do different things, but they share many things in common. And by that, I mean every single typical MMORPG staple. I'm talking about character progression, levelling up, skills (though Runescape has less combat skills, and far more 'other' skills), grinding etc.

    Personally, I would probably choose to play Runes of Magic if I had the choice because the free mode of Runescape sucks, and Runes of Magic is a highly polished game, and all content can be played for free (I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think that's how it is).

    In the end, MMORPGs are most fun if you play in groups with other people, and both games are good for this. However, I do think that Jagex does far more work on improving the game than the Runes of Magic people do (at least, that's my impression).

    Runes of Magic > Runescape :D

    Runes of Magic is more than a WoW clone and easily superior to anything in RuneScape. As drako says, the free mode in rs sucks:p.

    most of the voters on here probably have never been P2P on runescape =p.
