    I don't see how can you compare them,when they are not even 1% similar... But when it comes to fun,I'd say Gragas is more fun,and requires more skill than Ryze... But in a matchup Ryze vs Gragas,i think Ryze wins,because he can build MR and still be strong,he can stop Gragas' E with his W,and he can harass more due to low CDs on his abilites. :)
