    Braum for CC, protecting adc and he has more damage for me. Soraka is also great pick but i like Braum more because he is tanky.

    I always liked heal supports then tanky supports, that is one of many reasons why i pick Soraka, braum can mby save adc who is near him, but Soraka can save any1 on map :)

    If you want to do small trades in the bot lane Soraka is a lot better, if you want to burst someone down the moustache man is your guy.
    I would still pick Braum because of the tankiness and damage mitigation

    Soraka dont need to be tank, she is not even made for that.
    Soraka is healer, the best in game, so it would be same if i said, "Soraka is better, braum cant heal".
    Both champs has their own advantages
