    1v1 teemo win for sure, his blind is so good, i think that his blind can negate dmg from luc ulty (not sure about this). Also ADCs are squishy so full AP teemo will burst them before blind ware off

    1v1 maybe Teemo because he's really annoying to be honest. For game Lucian becase Lucian is great for early game to make enemy adc uselss and to destroy enemy adc in lane, he is also strong in mid game. I think Teemo is uselss for fights :/
