That's ok, the problem occurs when everyone can see that john made mistake and got 1, and then everyone is like "why did john get 1 after he made a mistake?! Is it even a mistake or we don't understand the rules of the game?" . However, if you make it public that john will not keep his 1 if he doesn't correct his mistake, everyone is like "oh ok " .
In other words, transparency is a good thing in these situations

You can run your own political party. If you are a businessman, than you can go to the corporate world and start your own company and can employ people to work for you.

Oh no, they answer in perfect english, very polite, good grammar... the problem is, they either give you an automated message, or their answer has nothing to do with what you asked.

Though I must admit there are situations where they respond well, like for example when I reported a clan that was glorifying Croatian world war 2 criminals, they took those out rather quickly
