Couldnt agree more xD in 1v1 face to face it mostly wins i think.

 

But t-50-2 wont go to kill you at all, he will just go around and cap while staying undetected, and if you go to early toward his flag he will get to your flag faster than you can get to his and he will cap faster than you can get back in time i think

New XVM for 8.5 is out!

If you are an XVM user than you should download and install the latest XVM before starting the game with old one. If you start game with old one you might get stuck on loading screen for battle.

I havent posted link cause there are few versions of new XVM so go out there and choose whichever one you like

 

So which add-on/mod you gonna put in new patch except XVM stat mod?

 

Well I prefer champion, it offers a wide variety of playstyles and it doesn't tend to revolve around a single tank

 

Agreed, i have the most fun in Champion TC even though i only got IS3 and t1 to offer xD

You know the drill! Version 8.5 rolls around today, and just as for the last update, we’re going to hold a special contest to celebrate the latest release, helping you get off to a strong start with the new vehicles that it brings.

As usual we’ll reward your efforts with outstanding prizes that will make your tank-loving hearts pound in your chests like you just won the lottery!

What you have to do to participate? It couldn’t be simpler. Just play the game with any of the new tanks added in 8.5 (see list below), and be among the TOP 100 scoring the biggest amount of experience to take home the goodies!

It all starts with the release of the 8.5 today on Wednesday, April 24th and lasts until Friday, May 24th. That means you have an entire month to show us your best performance and claim your spot among the overall 900 best players to be driving the new machines on the EU servers!

TOP 100 highest XP score with Tier V to VIII tanks 2,500

You don’t need to submit any screenshots or replays! Wargaming will be pulling the statistics directly from our European database to form the top 100 list based on highest experienced earned in a single battle.
The battle results counted will not include bonuses (Premium Account, Double XP for the first victory of the day, experience multiplier bonuses, etc.)
Only the battles from random battles will count. Clan Wars and Tank Companies will not be included.

New Map: ‘Pearl River’

This new Asian map will please lovers of irregular landscapes everywhere. Hills, plains, a river, a tiny village… we would love to visit this charming region for our holidays. However, in this peaceful land, there is a battle to be fought. Many options are available for the deployment of your vehicles, so you may need some time to develop the most effective tactics. Enjoy the trip!

New Branch of German Medium and Light Tanks:

VK 20.01 (D) (Tier IV Medium tank)

This is a very fast and nimble tank. A lot of that goes to its spring suspension that allows for the VK 20.01(d) to turn very quickly. It's armour keeps it well protected on its sides, and the very accurate gun allows the VK to perform well in a close quarters fight with opponents of the same tier.

VK 30.01 (D) v1 (Tier VI Medium Tank)

With its accurate gun, great armour angles, high speed and great agility, this tank is a great addition to the German medium line. Thanks to the unique position of its turret, you might have a few advantages when firing from behind cover.

Aufklärerpanzer Panther (Tier VII Light Tank)

Another higher tier light tank, featuring a decent gun that delivers some good armour penetration and high accuracy on the move. Once you equip the best turret on this vehicle, you'll get a larger depression angle which significantly facilitates firing from uneven terrain.

Indien Panzer (Tier VIII Medium Tank)

Don't mistake this for a Löwe. Sure, it may look like it, but this tank will be one of the most heavily armoured tier VIII vehicles, obviously affecting its mobility on the battlefield. It's also quite easy to research this vehicle up to the top configuration set since there are very few alternate modules available for mounting.

Leopard PT A (Tier IX Medium Tank)

This vehicle is incredibly fast and manoeuvrable with a powerful (and accurate) gun. If you're a fan of the Hellcat TD, you'll find a lot to like here, thanks to its speed and ability to dish significant damage on the battlefield.

Leopard 1 (Tier X Medium Tank)

This is an improved version of the Leopard PT A, through and through. It's more responsive and might just have one of the most well-rounded guns in the game thanks to its high accuracy, fast aiming speed, and low reticule dispersion while firing on the move. It's armour may not be that strong, but thanks to its high speed it can quickly turn any encounter to its favour.

If you are fan of light tanks, or if you want to develop this category, then these tanks are for you. They are small and fast… just what you need to race across the battlefield!

There are also a great many improvements to the game graphics; this update is a real gift for your eyes!

Please note that once Version 8.5 has been implemented, the time at which a 'new day' begins will be changed to 07:00 CEST (GMT +2).

The beginning of a new day determines the reset of :

Daily limit for tank purchases
XP Multiplier for the first win of the day.
Daily limit for maximum amount of tanks that can be sold
Daily limit for maximim amount of reports that can be submitted via client
Daily limit for recruiting of crews with 50% skill level

The update is now over and the download of the new content will begin once you will launch the game. You can also download it manually via the Download section.

The Clan Wars will be frozen from 24 April 13:15 until 25 April 13:15 CEST (GMT +2).

Players with a Premium account during the maintenance will be compensated.

 

Polan not reading something that was written here but answering anyway with his answer making no sense at all? Noooo, impossible, you must be imagining things, he would have never done such a thing

Anyway, about the topic, it depends, whether or not you have a tier 8 premium tank, or a premium account. If you have both, tier 8 TC is by far superior, if you have one of them, tier 8 wins, but not by a lot, and if you have neither, tier 6 wins. Tier 4 doesn't earn a lot regardless of what you have, absolute I doubt earns anything

The same I always put - none.
XVM is the only thing I like to use, and even that I don't really like as it can get depressing when you see you're in team with the red army...

 

You have a hummel as well, which can be quite ok in these TC's. Though not very useful, but still, useable

 

ELC can not kill you with 2 shots unless he gets extremely luck as his average damage is 240 and T-50-2 has 560hp. His damage does go up to 300, so he'd need to get 2 high damage rolls.

However, by the time ELC is actually able to fire 2 shots that will hit t-50-2, he will take approximately 1000 damage from t-50-2. And seeing how it has only 400hp, I see a big problem for ELC there

 

Well I'll try to do some damage here, but judging from my previous experiences, not gonna get any gold xD
