Löwe

This premium tank is one of the most commonly spotted premium vehicles in game. The Lowe is a German tier VIII heavy tank. It is equipped with a 10.5 cm KwK 46 L/70 gun and is one of the best killing machines on the World of Tanks battlefields. The Lowe is also one of the best credit making tanks in the game and is an essential addition to the garage for every tank collector.

This agile light tank has an excellent acceleration and top speed. It is highly accurate with its QF 2-pdr Mk. IX-A gun and deals considerable damage. PzKpfw IV Schmalturm



The PzKpfw IV Schmalturm is a Premium German medium Tier VI tank. It has an amazingly accurate gun with great penetration that will make enemies fear you as you snipe at them from far away. The tank’s additional side-skirts make it more resistant to explosive rounds, including artillery fire.

SU-122-44

This Soviet Tier VII tank destroyer is a very interesting vehicle. The SU-122-44 is a fast, agile and nimble vehicle with very little armour and an amazing gun. The 122mm D-25S gun provides outstanding firepower. The 90 mm frontal armour is very well angled but doesn’t provide a lot of protection against other Tier VII vehicles. However, the driver of this tank destroyer does not have to worry about that, because enemies of a similar tier will not engage this vehicle frontally, if they have any self-preservation instinct.

IS-6

The IS-6 is a Soviet tier VIII heavy tank. The armour on the tank is relatively thin but it is very well sloped, giving a good defensive capability. The tank is equipped with the 122 mm D-30 gun. This has a relatively low penetration, so you will need to adjust your tactics and aim for enemy weak spots, but the gun is capable of delivering a lot of damage with a good rate of fire.

This big and heavy special sounds very interesting, especially cause Tier X vehicles never had any special associated with them before, so this'll be a first

 

The one in which I attack like a bloodthirsty psychopath . I just consider offense to be the best defense, and I pretty much always tend to be very near to front lines, even when I shouldn't be, like in arty or a TD

 

Most likely IS7. I have tried T110E5 (not telling how ) and didn't like it at all, it gets destroyed mercilessly by artillery, especially with shots from side. IS7 can at least take some hits

I consider the price of t10 tanks to be just right, perhaps even a bit too small, encouraging those 2000 battle players to rush to them, only to have 10% win rate with them once they get them

Last month, we featured the German Jagdpanther, which was designed to oppose the Soviet T-34. The Germans retaliated with Tigers and Panthers, and so the Soviet invented the T-34-85. Let’s discover these two armoured machines in details.

History

The T-34 may have never existed; instead in its place, a model called T-20. In 1938, Mikhail Koshkin, a prominent tank design specialist, was assigned to design a replacement for the BT tank. The BT line was unusual due to being convertible tanks. This meant they could roll out on either tracks or wheels, depending on mission requirements and the ground-type.

Koshkin managed to come up with two new tank designs: the A-20 (armour thickness of 20 mm, hence the figure in the name of the model) and the A-32 (armour thickness of 32 mm). The A-20 was a convertible tank, while the A-32 was not. Both prototypes were presented on 23rd September 1939, and the A-32 displayed the best characteristics. The T-34 was an improvement on the A-32 prototype due to increased armour thickness.

The first two units were produced in February 1940, under the name T-34. Its armour was thicker than the Panzer equivalent, and its tracks allowed it to operate on bad terrain. The mobility was excellent, and the emergency starter device with compressed air allowed it to start in even the most freezing conditions, something the German tanks were not able to achieve. In addition, the T-34 was “cheap†to manufacture and could be produced in great numbers, a big advantage over German’s expensive vehicles. The T-34 was the second most produced tank in history, with more than 35,000 units made between 1940 and 1944.

In June 1941, the Germans launched Operation Barbarossa - the invasion of the Soviet Union. But they did not realise that the Soviets had developed the T-34, and its advantage of sheer numbers was a surprise for the German Army.

The German army took 3 years to develop another tank which can outperform the T-34. It was the Panther. Thus, the Soviet Army increased the armour of the T-34 and mounted a bigger 85 mm gun. This model was called the T-34-85, and it was used effectively as a ramming force to push back the Japanese army in Manchuria in August 1945.
