    Twisted fate can't win 1v1, but if he has good map awareness he can always ult bot or top and get his lead there. Ahri wins 1v1 matchup if TF doesn't use ult correctly

    For me Ahri, she can use charm to cancel TF's ulty and burst him so had, also her passive allows her to stay in lane longer because of heal.
    Also he has mobility so she is much safer to play in lane
