    Vayne becuase she is stronger in early game also in late game. Vayne is really good for carring late game and she shouldn't have big problems vs Twitch on lane.

    For me Vayne is stronges ADC in game, huge outplay potential also the best tank destroyer. Rat is good for team fight, but if u know how to play Vayne, caring game is so easy :)
