    Elise got so much buffs recently, she is even most picked/banned, jungler on worlds. Vi have only good ulty and lower amount cc, but that can be countered. Else is so strong early, if she gank lane, she is on advantage even of enemy jungler gank too

    Vi is stronger, not 1v1 but for teamfights and she can do much more when she ganks. If Elise miss E that's it... When Vi get's her ultimate you will get kill 85%..
