What's your preferred mode of transportation in Minecraft?

Do you enjoy riding horses, riding minecarts, walking through the Nether to take a shortcut, using the Elytra to fly around, throwing Ender Pearls to teleport around, sprinting (double-tapping W key), standard walking, or some other mode of transportation? And why do you enjoy that mode of transportation?

Personally, my favorite is minecarts, because you can make them automatic, meaning you don't have to press anything on your keyboard when it's just redstone-powered. Sure, you have to build the tracks, and it can take a long time, but I think it's still fun. I like building the railway system over water near landscapes like mountains and lava lakes, because I think it captures a nice scenery; like you just ride the minecart and look around you to watch the scenery. And I think if you're really that lazy to build the railway, you could just have an infinite railway generated by command blocks, which is also cool.
