    I think they are both strong, but i see Rumble more in LCS, he is really great and his damage is insane. If you land a good ult you won fight. You need some practice to learn how his passive works, you shouldn't be very agresive in early game. Rumble also has better skins(just kidding). In my opinion rumble is better.
