    As for the worse way to spend holidays, I would say sleeping all day. When you sleep during the holidays, you're not making the best use of time. Imagine, you have the ability to visit places you've never visited before, hang out with friends you haven't seen in a long time, or do things that you normally couldn't do on a busy day, and you chose to sleep. I believe the phrase "carpe diem" extends to just about every aspect of life.
