    He already was kind of reworked, his passive and q were, I doubt he will be reworked any time soon, I think there are many champs that need rework and zilean will hardly get there in season 7 and 8, after that, who knows, maybe one day

    Every single champ should be "situational picked", that would made LoL rly balanced.
    Zillian is rly on good spot here, especially vs all assassins, he si rly strong, duno why ppl dont play him that much

    Yeah but that will never happen, it is really hard to balance all champs perfectly like that, and riot likes to overbuff champs before they release skins for them, and nerf them few weeks later

    That is true, but also, its so hard to balance 130+ champs (aprox 4 spells each) with over 150 items, with all runes and masteries, you saw that they did with old courage of colossus, am just hoping that they will keep fixing things fast, mby even to enter mini fixes between patches

    I think that they did that only few times, remeber ryze perma root or Eze with smite on midd SP item ? Those mistakes were even came to LCS

    actually they did that quite few times, when some champion has some huge bug they disable him and hotfix the problem

    I think it might have been top cuz' of extra low playrate, if playrate is below 1% than winrate doesn't really matter
