    They are both low played champs but they are both good. Viktor has got more CC though, but ahri deals more damage. My guess would still be ahri since she can dodge his abilities with her ultimate.

    It realy depends on player but i think Ahri is better cuz she can dodge almost all of the Viktors spells.

    Ahri.. Simply because of high mobility.. There are few good Viktors that can hit e when ahri is dashing.. But overall ahri is way better.
