Unfortunately for everyone interested in Hellgate — as far as I am aware it is now entirely shut down. The game has had its ups and its downs, and it’s been cancelled at least twice, but earlier this year the publisher shut down the last remaining server.
Hanbitsoft, publisher of Hellgate, shut down the last remaining server in Korea in Februrary of this year. I think Hellgate is officially dead (on PC).
That said, if you want to get Hellgate action it resurrected once again, this time on Android.
